DESCRIPTION:Runway for a Cure DC\, a non-profit organization\, is sponsoring its 6th Annual Fashion Show\,”Runway for a Cure DC” hosted by Guy Lambert. Our mission is to promote early detection of cancer\, help with the cost of mammograms\, and give donations to help with the financial obligations of cancer survivors. \nRunway for a Cure DC’s celebrates the lives of Breast Cancer Survivors\, encourage family and friends of those affected by Breast Cancer\, and to give back to individuals or organizations who support Breast Cancer Research\, Awareness\, and Survivors! This year’s beneficiary is Breast Care for Washington\, DC and cancer survivors who are experiencing financial challenges with household finances. The event will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott from 1:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. E.S.T. on Saturday\, August 26\, 2023. DOORS OPEN AT 1:30 PM. SHOW STARTS AT 2:00 PM. Buy a combination fashion show and Pink and White affair ticket\, and come party with us at the 20th Annual “Pink and White Breast Cancer Awareness Affair”. \nTICKET PURCHASES ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE as we are a non-profit who donates to Breast Cancer causes. \nThe show will feature presentations from the hottest Fashion Designers in the Washington DC area with designs worn by some of the most fierce models from Washington. As usual\, our Fabulous Breast Cancer Survivors will be ripping the runway in the show!!!! \nSwag bags will be given to VIP attendees.
